Kaine Weighs in on Va. Tech Panel’s Report

Virginia Gov. Timothy M. Kaine will officially receive the report he commissioned on the Virginia Tech shootings later this morning, but he has already responded to the panel’s findings on various talk shows this morning. The report by an eight-member panel was released overnight.
