Russia said No anti-missile deal with US
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Friday after talks with US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice that they had failed to reach agreement on US plans for a missile shield in central Europe and that Moscow wants the project “frozen.”"Of course we can sometime in the future decide that some anti-missile defense system should be established somewhere on the moon,But before we reach such arrangements, we will lose the opportunity for fixing some particular arrangements between us.” Russian President Vladimir Putin said.
