Former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi, 70, slumped at the podium at a rally in Tuscany and collapsed into the arms of his aides,report said that he has been diagnosed with a minor heart complaint.

“He felt unwell due to the tension, he is very sorry and wants to continue but the doctor has told him not to,” Ms Pivetti said.
Speaking sunday Silvio Berlusconi said that he “collapsed from exhaustion, from the heat, from hard work, from antibiotics” that he is taking for a knee operation.
