Brown arrives in Iraq

British Prime Minister Gordon Brown flew to Baghdad today on his first official visit to Iraq since being installed as head of government in June.Mr Brown went straight into a meeting with his Iraqi counterpart, Nuri al-Maliki, where Gordon Brown discussed the issue of British troop withdrawals from Basra, in the south of the country.
