Former UN Secretary-General Kofi Annan has begun, Wednesday, January 23, to mediate in Kenya, in an environment that remains tense.Former UN Secretary-General is to meet President Mwai Kibaki on Thursday, as attempts to end the crisis that followed the announcement, on December 30, the disputed election of President Kibaki.
