Internet failure hits Middle East and North Africa

Major delays were reported by Internet-service providers in Middle East and North Africa, experts are blaming damage to two undersea cables but it is not known what caused the damage. According to a statement carried by the state news agency, KUNA , Kuwait’s Ministry of Communications said the problem could take two weeks to solve.
