‘iPlayer for all’

BBC has confirmed that the BBC iPlayer will be made compatible with Apple Mac and Linux based machines by the end of 2007.The BBC is currently working with Adobe to produce a non-download version which will stream programmes using Flash,currently the BBC iPlayer is only available to Windows XP machines.
