SiSi(Say It Sigh It)which has been developed at an IBM research center in Hursley, England will enable deaf people to have simultaneous sign language interpretations of meetings and presentations.It works “by using speech recognition to convert a conversation into text and then Sisi translates the text into the gestures used in sign language and animates a customizable avatar that carries them out.”
