Two iPhone owners Sued Apple, AT&T

According to a complaint filed Oct. 5 in federal court in San Jose, California,two iPhone owners claim a software update Apple had released on Sept. 28 2007 was intended to disable third-party software and programs that evade the hardware that ties the phones solely to AT&T’s mobile network in the United States.The two owners claim that Apple and AT&T violated US and California antitrust laws by restricting use of the phone.
